Life has taken me in many different directions — business, engineering, photography, writing, music, travel and nature.

Although they may seem unrelated, I have always felt they are connected by one simple thread: CURIOSITY.

I enjoy understanding how things work, whether it is a product on a drawing board, the changing light on a mountain, the traditions behind a cup of tea or the rhythm of life in the natural world.

That curiosity has shaped both my professional life and my personal interests.

Today I serve as Chairperson of Kapoor Lampshade & Illuminations and Managing Director of Golden Peakock Overseas Ltd.

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with dedicated colleagues, customers and friends who have made the journey both rewarding and enjoyable.

Outside work, I have been fortunate to pursue photography, write books, travel widely and spend time in the forests and mountains of Uttarakhand.

These interests have brought balance to my life and continually reminded me that there is always something new to learn.

I have also tried, in whatever modest way I could, to support education, environmental initiatives, disaster relief and community welfare.

These have never felt like separate activities but simply part of living responsibly.

Looking back, I feel grateful for the opportunities life has offered. Looking ahead, I hope to remain curious, continue creating, keep learning and never lose my sense of wonder for the world around me.
