Photography has taught me to slow down. It has encouraged me to look beyond the obvious, to appreciate changing light, quiet moments and the beauty that often exists in everyday life. My camera has taken me to bustling cities, remote villages, wildlife reserves and mountain forests, each leaving behind memories far richer than the photographs themselves.

Some of those journeys became books, while others found expression through exhibitions and public presentations. More important than recognition has been the opportunity to meet people, understand different cultures and see the world with greater patience.

Gallery Viewfinder in Uttarakhand grew from a simple desire to encourage art and photography while providing a platform for emerging artists. Creativity flourishes when it is shared, and I hope the gallery continues to inspire others for years to come.

Photography remains one of the greatest joys of my life—not because it freezes a moment, but because it teaches me to truly notice it.
